📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track sea freight imports from booking to delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with PIB and other import regulations
- Use SAP and Sea-Import software for shipment management
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance
- Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the import process
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all import activities
- Provide regular updates to the management team on import operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sea freight and customs clearance
- Proficient in using SAP and Sea-Import software
- Strong knowledge of PIB and other import regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Valid SIM (Sea Import Master) certification is a plus
