📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices using industry-standard tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons.
• Provide technical support to customers, answering queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of service history.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
