📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical specifications for our products to meet customer requirements and industry standards.,Lead and coordinate the technical team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product specifications.,Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.,Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and other technical documents.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.,Continuously monitor and improve technical processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or sales-related role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.,Strong understanding of technical specifications, drawings, and schematics.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficient in using technical software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is a plus.
