📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to the management team.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted outreach and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
