Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to our programs.Work closely with our team in Bali and other offices across Indonesia to ensure that our supply chain operations are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives.Develop and implement supply chain strategies and policies to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team in Bali.Participate in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, with a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and logistics.Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment.🛠️ Keahlian
