📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong relationship with recruitment agencies and external partners to expand our talent pool.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
