NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing business analysis projects related to cloud, infrastructure, and datacenter solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and a deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and understood.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track.,Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.,Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.,Provide regular project status updates to senior management, and ensure that all project deliverables are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud, infrastructure, and datacenter solutions, and apply this knowledge to project planning and execution.,Mentor and coach junior project managers and business analysts, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a focus on cloud, infrastructure, and datacenter solutions.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.,Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements gathering, modeling, and documentation.,Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and infrastructure and datacenter technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
