📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patients' health status.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of junior nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification and license as a registered nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
