📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the achievement of company goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company in various meetings and events.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of HR management and best practices is a plus.
