📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of the dairy industry and products.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
