📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
