(Remote) Security Guard

Warung Lestari Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our facility. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring access points, and responding to any security incidents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitoring access points and ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Patrolling the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activities.
• Conducting regular security checks and inspections.
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
• Maintaining security records and reports.
• Working with other security personnel to ensure the safety of the facility.
• Assisting with emergency preparedness and response.
• Promoting a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Valid ID and security clearance.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
