As our Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our security operations in Bali. You will work closely with our team of security officers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that our operations are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular training and drills to ensure that our team is fully prepared to respond to any security threats.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily security operations, including risk assessments, incident response, and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with security officers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that clients' needs are met.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
• Conduct regular training and drills to ensure that the security team is fully prepared to respond to any security threats.
• Monitor and maintain security equipment and systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Investigate and report on security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Indonesian National Standard for Security Management System (SNI ISO 19011:2019).
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of security operations and any potential risks or threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a high-profile or high-risk environment.
• Certification in Security Management, such as the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or the Certified Security Professional (CSP).
• Strong knowledge of security regulations and laws, including the Indonesian National Standard for Security Management System (SNI ISO 19011:2019).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of security officers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats.
• Proficient in using security management software, such as AXIS, Milestone, or Genetec.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
