As a Lead Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a team of waiters. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of waiters to ensure excellent service standards are met.,Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Train and develop new staff to maintain high levels of service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.,Prepare and present daily reports on sales and service performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of local cuisine and dining etiquette.,Valid food handling certificate and clean driving record.
