📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Performing various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.Recording and analyzing test results, and interpreting data to assist healthcare providers in making informed decisions.Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory workspace, and following proper waste disposal procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including blood testing, urinalysis, and other common diagnostic tests.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with patients.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in all laboratory work.Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software, and the ability to learn and use new technologies.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Valid certification or license as a clinical laboratory scientist, if required in your region.🛠️ Keahlian
