Hotel Tono Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team in Sleman. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing our key client relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best service and support, while also driving sales and revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-focused strategies.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Manage and coordinate client projects from inception to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
