📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 IT support for retail stores, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Document and report on IT incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Train and support retail staff on basic IT skills and best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with retail operations and processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
