📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure that production targets are met.
• Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that our products meet the required standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the production area.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
• Ability to travel to the office in Nusa Dua, Bali, as required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for office visits.
