As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks.,Inspect and quality control products to ensure they meet the required standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and monthly production targets.,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Familiarity with production equipment and machinery is a must.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid work arrangement).,Willingness to travel within the region as required by the company.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or diplomas are a plus.
