📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations and management of Depot Putri Auto Service.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Managing the financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.,Leading and motivating the management team to achieve company goals.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.,Monitoring and improving the quality of services provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the automotive services industry.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to make sound business decisions and solve complex problems.,Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
