As an ESL teacher at Mison Ltd, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods and materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to the needs of individual students or groups
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
• Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning community
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching trends, best practices, and educational technologies
• Participate in school events, activities, and initiatives to promote a love for learning and cultural exchange
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
• Adhere to school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in an ESL setting
• Strong knowledge of English language skills and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in students
• Valid work permit or visa for Bali, Indonesia
