📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mega mixed-use development project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and monitor project management methodologies, including Gantt charts, PERT charts, and critical path analysis.
• Leverage project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting project milestones and challenges.
• Collaborate with the Project Director to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction project management methodologies, including risk management, quality control, and cost management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia as a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
