📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Prepare ingredients and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked.,Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.,Help in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow kitchen procedures and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
