Sumber Hendra Bakery is looking for a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of banquet menus, including food and beverage arrangements.,Support the banquet manager in coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met.,Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next event.,Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during banquet events.,Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.,Assist in the training and supervision of other banquet staff as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a food service or banquet role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
