📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store management.,Proven track record in customer service and sales.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
