📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors,Assist in the operation of station equipment and facilities,Maintain a clean and organized work environment,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages,Support the station team in achieving daily and weekly targets,Assist in the training and development of new team members,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the station manager,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable),Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Enthusiasm and passion for the tourism industry
