As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality products at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Collaborate with other departments to meet their procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.,Participate in procurement team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including procurement planning, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
