📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and operational departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and mentor a team of bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management for the bar.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or operational department.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail making, beverage selection, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant hospitality software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
