📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise outlet staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with the central warehouse to ensure timely delivery and restocking of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve outlet productivity.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
