📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the internal audit function, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.,Provide leadership and guidance to the internal audit team.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
