📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that costs are kept to a minimum.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Work with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies and goals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.🛠️ Keahlian
