Berkah Intan Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team in Jambi. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficient and effective performance.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals.,Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the Area Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the bakery or food service industry.,Strong understanding of operational management and team leadership.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
